Modern and contemporary mathematics (century XIX to date) exhibits an important development in all areas, as well as in the profusion of diverse techniques, languages and research methods that make it impossible to reduce it to simple logical and / or philosophical postulates. In agreement with this, the present article exposes the THK Model elaborated by the Colombian mathematician Fernando Zalamea as an analogy to the mathematical task. It is a proposal of philosophy of mathematics from a synthetic perspective, that is, part of the polarities of mathematics (one-multiple, positive-negative, discrete-continuous, etc.) and the dialectic obstruction-transit.
