Aspectualidad and description

Abstract

The procedures of aspectualization of discourse constitute a fundamental strategy of descriptive texts. Starting from a semiotic conception of aspectual dimension, this study intends to acknowledge the theoretical implications and the analytic virtues of the expansion of the category of aspect, reserved initially for the verb, towards other discourse dimensions such as temporality, spatiality and proof of actorial performance.
